Entertainment, excitement and surprise continue throughout the evening. A serving Soprano places a steaming dish of delight on your table. Then the lights brighten in the sweet, petite blonde whirls toward the grand piano in the center of the warmly decorated dining room, focusing on the amazing black custom-made Yamaha Grand Piano. She enters into and catches the spotlight. She transforms into a sultry Bess, belting out a sweet and powerful "Summertime,", from George Gershwin's Porgy and Bess, and the listenin' becomes easy. The professional Pianist handles a wide range of musical selections with ease, infusing each with just the right personality.

Next up, an operatic songstress dressed in server's black renders a moving classic aria, Puccini's Quando m'en vo, expressing emotion in her face and hands as if she were a costumed princess on the stage of the Met. The hair on the back of your neck will not know the difference.

Multiple voices are needed for numbers like "Climb Every Mountain," so other services sing their parts of their stations for an effect that goes way beyond stereo. But since food service is priority number one the action never stops. Any required harmonics are supplied by passing waiters shouldering large trays.
