  • Certified Angus Filet Mignon - Topped with a Rosemary-Gorgonzola Butter, Finished with a Madeira Reduction, Served with Roasted Potatoes & Vegetables.

  • Veal Chops alla Marsala - Topped with Porcini Mushrooms and a Marsala Demi-Glaze, Served with Roasted Potatoes & Vegetables.

  • Grilled Salmon - Wilted Spinach, Mashed Potatoes and a Lemon-Pepper Aioli.
